Jeff Avery, President of Avery Homes, has over thirty-two years of professional experience in the home building business. He and his wife Kerry have worked together in the homebuilding business for over sixteen years, and today Avery Homes is truly a family run business.

Upon graduating from the University of North Texas in May 2007, Brian Avery agreed to join his parents with the family business. To that end, in June 2007, the company of Avery Homes was formed and has begun to pursue opportunities to build new homes throughout the metroplex. Initial projects included the building of new homes in Colleyville and in the Grapevine Historic District, building historic homes and period style homes.
